I call myself a visionary entrepreneur and beauty maven, and I stand at the forefront of the beauty industry, passionately advocating for inclusivity and diversity. As the founder and CEO of Fali Cosmetics makeup & Skincare. I pioneered a makeup line specifically designed to celebrate and enhance the unique beauty of black women. Kibira B. has not only reshaped the beauty landscape but has also become an influential figure in promoting self-love and empowerment through her revolutionary cosmetics.

 

Born and raised in the republic of Niger, Kibira B. developed a fascination with beauty and self-expression at an early age. Growing up, she often found herself navigating the limited options available for makeup that truly complemented and celebrated the rich and diverse skin tones of black women. This sparked a fire within her to create a solution that would redefine beauty standards and empower women of color.

 

Kibira pursued her passion by studying the makeup industry at the Canadian beauty college where she gained valuable knowledge about cosmetics, skincare, and business management. Armed with a determination to make a difference, she ventured into the competitive world of beauty entrepreneurship. Kibira B. faced numerous challenges, but her unwavering commitment to inclusivity propelled her forward.

 

In 2013, Kibira B. officially launched Fali Cosmetics & Skincare, a brand dedicated to catering to the diverse needs of black women. The makeup line not only included an extensive range of foundation shades but also featured vibrant eyeshadows, lip products, and other essentials tailored to complement various skin undertones. The brand quickly gained popularity for its high-quality products and commitment to authenticity.

 

Today, Kibira B. continues to lead Fali cosmetics & Skincare with a passion for inclusivity and innovation. Her impact on the beauty industry extends beyond the products, influencing societal perceptions of beauty and setting new standards for representation.
